On November 16th, 2013, children and adults will be able to enjoy their new play structure and park at the school grounds of St. Philip School! We have talked about it for many years…and finally this is the year it is going to happen! We have been chosen to receive a 2013 National Award from the “Let Them Be Kids Foundation”. The award is a 50/50 matching grant. For every $1 we raise, it will give us $2 in purchasing power toward safe playground equipment. Your donation is worth double! The children in the community have already voted and decided on what type of play structure they want and we are finalizing the plans. We are already 50% of the way to our goal! We are in need of volunteers. We need your help and skills! Volunteers can expect a fun and uplifting day, hands on work, free food and drink and to make a difference in your community.
